I went into the store to pay my bill had to wait a long time to even do that.  I hand them my bill and when they hand me the receipt it has someone else's name on it. I tell them but they said it credited my account.  I told them I would not accept a receipt with someone else's name on it and to refund my money.   they told me they don't do refunds.  Excuse me but I will not accept a receipt with someone else's name on it.   They finally fixed it but it took me and another customer complaining about it.

This new location has very little help in the store. Every time I am here there is a longggggg wait time. They need more store associates for customer service. Also they are not as organized  in getting statements out to customers.
