The history of Atascadero is incredible!  E.G.Lewis was a visionary...way ahead of his time.

Took our children here. Any museum is a great place for all ages. The history of almost any topic with a hands on approach is a plus 5 in my index.

sadly they are in a tiny building w/ extremely narrow aisles; very crowded & not much to see. They have a complete set of local newspapers back to 1916
