Herod and Marcus are so welcoming! So professional too! I've been to several cross fit gyms and this 'cross fit family' is by far the most caring and supportive I've come across. Constantly pushing and teaching. I loved the field day they had to! It's always fun to play outside after you get your butt kicked at the gym!!

ATG Crossfit is like one big happy family where we get after it everyday. Coaches do a great job modifying workouts where need be and explaining the proper mechanics behind each movement so nobody gets injured. They cover more than just training. They cover mobility techniques, stretches and will even go into nutrition with you. My wife and I really love working out there.

What Arete means to me is family. Whether you're an elite athlete or just looking for a new fitness avenue, you're going to feel welcome and part of the team. Everyone helps one another out with one goal in mind, and that's to reach your fitness goals and have a fun time! The coaches are experts at what they teach, they love what they do, and know how to design the workout specifically for each person. They are also firefighters! In my opinion, these guys really care about their community. Just one visit, and you will know exactly what I mean!
