Story

We base our practice around the philosophy that the body is best able to heal and care for itself when it is in a relaxed and calm state. Therefore massage sessions focus on relieving any ongoing muscle-tension and pain to relax the physical body, while creating a serene atmosphere to calm the mind.

We work closely with every client to understand their needs and plan a treatment session that they will love. Additional modalities such as deep tissue, trigger-point therapy, hot stone massage, and application of heat or cold are just some of tools my client and I have available to us in creating a treatment plan.
