Excellent Greek Food Near Emory University  I recently had dinner at Athens Pizza and it was excellent. The service was very good.  The house Greek salad was fresh and the house made dressing was popping with flavor.   The baked spaghetti with meat sauce was full of flavor and a lot of meat in the sauce  The prices are very reasonable compared to most restaurants nearby

This was our first time eating at Athens Pizza. I love Pizza; but there wasn’t a Pizza Hut in the area, so we came here. I must say; the table and seats where clean, the guy that cleans the tables does an excellent job. I had a question about the “Feta Cheese” but our waitress couldn’t explain it to me, so she called over the man that sat us at the table to explain it to me. We ordered two 6” Pizza’s and my husband ordered the Spinach Salad. When I paid for our food I gave the man same man that explained the “Feta Cheese” the money in his hand; but he put my change on the counter for me to pick it up. That was so disrespectful to me. If I respect you enough to give you the money in your HAND, then respect me enough to give me my change in my HAND. I give that part of customer service 0 stars.

I had only ordered pizza here until today. Moussaka and Pastitio lunch combo was delicious. Portion size was huge. Yes, that side of spanikopita was entrée sized.  Easily sharable. Server was new, so that part was a bit challenging. Don't be in a hurry, and you will have a fantastic meal!!Food: 5/5

I ordered the chicken parmesan and the cheese garlic bread. Chicken Parmesan had a slice of bland chicken with a slice of random cheese on it see the picture which came with some spaghetti. Both of these lacked any flavor and the cheese wasn’t even melted and the food almost seemed undercooked. The garlic bread was also a thick slice of cheese slapped on plain bread. The worst food ever! I paid around $15 for each dish and expected decent food for that. I was so disappointed.

All of the food I've had here is delicious, high quality, and affordable; and the service is outstanding!! Everyone is so nice and very prompt. I love supporting good, local, family owned businesses, and I can't recommend this place enough! Oh, and they have THE BEST baklava in town.

I have been going here for 30 years or more always friendly service and the individual Greek pizza is great . Wonderful Greek salad and many more options. The price is right too. Not gourmet but a definit must try if you enjoy Greek food. The desserts are delicious.

The food and ambiance reminds me of my childhood and all the yummy pizza, gyros and potatoes that I’ve had throughout the years. I’m glad to reconnect with my memories through Athens Pizza now. Love the family, local business atmosphere. It’s a true gem in the Atlanta area.

The staff was super nice, friendly and attentive. Our overall experience was pleasant but the food was just OK... nothing to really brag about.  We started with the meatball appetizer and had a large pizza. Again nothing wrong with anything but just sort of mediocre as far as taste goes.  They do have a large menu so I will revisit before dismissing the place as mediocre.

The food was delicious with large portions. Our server was good, but forgot multiple drinks until reminded. It was quite loud, but I think because there were multiple larger groups. Overall, good and I would return.Food: 5/5

As good as I remembered from living in Atlanta 30 years ago.  I don't usually like greek salads, but I love this one.  And I really appreciate that they have several great vegetarian combo pizzas. Great service besides.  Thanks Athens pizza!Food: 4/5
