Requested service to get tub up and running. Repair person said it was good to go after visit. Came home and no power to tub. Repair person came back. Bad pump...replaced pump. Then heating elements and leak needed to be fixed....THEN, after almost 6 weeks of back and forth of trying to fix tub, finally "fixed". Final invoiced emailed while I was out of country. A staff member at Athens Pool and Spa called me 4 days later asking me to pay it. I told them I would when I returned home and checked to make sure it was repaired. I came home 3 days later, checked tub...and it was not fixed. Sent repair person a message as such. No response from anyone. THEN a week later, THE OWNER called my EMPLOYER and threatened to put a lien on my house if I did NOT pay the invoice. THE MOST unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. Threatened to put a lien on my house to a staff member at the firm I own??? Joke. And totally unprofessional. My staff person called me on vacation and relayed that very unprofessional and unnecessary message. Came home yesterday, checked tub....shocker...still leaking and not fixed properly. But I paid the invoice in full and have moved on. No need to treat honest people like deadbeats. At all.

This place is great! My husband and I recently purchased a hot tub, and I was a bit worried about making sure the right quantity of chemicals are in it. I've been here twice and both times the staff was very helpful and friendly. They test a water sample free of charge from your spa and give a print out of chemicals needed to get everything balanced. They have everything you need right there, and it's easy!

Mark has never been anything but helpful both from advice and instructions, as well as product offerings.  I am a big do-it-yourselfer and Mark has always been eager to walk me through whatever issue I'm having, while also offering additional considerations so that I don't screw things up further.  I also like the fact that he's local.  No more Leslie's Pool for me.

How about NO stars!! Had them come out to repair our Jacuzzi, the guy that came out was polite and discussed how he and his family were from south FL etc and he was very experienced so we were happy considering we had just moved here from south FL, figured we were in luck and found an experienced  person. WRONG!!! This guy really had no clue of even how to troubleshoot the Jacuzzi. When he arrived the unit was operating but would not come to temperature and therefor would not shut down when called to. Again, this guy had no clue, he stated that he would start by "changing the sensors and move on from there" he left saying that he will order the sensors and return. After a week and us calling the office,he came back out.The same guy came, attempted to replace the sensors and determined that the sensors did not correct the issue, in fact now the Jacuzzi did not operate at all and the guy had no idea why and too his sensors and left, saying that they would contact the manufacturer and contact us. Well that didn't happen. Now this company called today to threaten us that they were going to put a lean on the house because we refuse to pay the $90 service fee for them to come out when they damaged the Jacuzzi further then what it was and claiming that their sensors were left here when their guy took them!! Maybe we should send them the bill for the portion of what their guy damaged!!! Its truly hard to find honest people here! VERY DISCOURAGING !!!!
Do NOT use this company!! Please report them to the BBB!!
