I need to know the costs of my physical therapy before starting to therapy. The receptionist of the Accelerated Rehab at 1629 Chicago Ave, Evanston, told me I only need to co-pay $20 for my each therapy, after her querying your software system and contacting to my insurance company. And then, my first bill from the Accelerated Rehab let me confirm the misunderstanding. So I decided to do 9 times therapy in several weeks. One month later, I got my second bill with more than $500 just for my first six therapies after my therapy finish. 

I feel I was cheated by the Accelerated Rehab.
