The staff is amazing. Very professional, polite, and accommodating. I came in thinking the worse, but after a thorough exam was given to me the first day, I felt reassured. They broke it down and explained what was wrong, they told me what they had to do and what needs to be worked on. They supplied me with a resistance band and told me to do certain exercises as homework, I can see and feel the progression in the short amount of time.
Very Professional, Helpful, Caring, and Friendly Staff. I only go to the Des Plaines facility. Very convenient parking. I highly recommend ATI to those needing Physical Therapy.
I really love the staff at ATI Phisical Therapy in Des Plaines. They listen to you and do their very best to address the areas that are bothering you. It is a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoy my time there and consider Clive, Jason and Sarah my Angels.Many insurances accepted including Medicaid.Convenient location and parking in front. They will work around your schedule.I highly recommend!!!
ATI in Des Plaines is a great place. Clive and Justin make a great team. They take the time to help you through the therapy and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are so friendly and relaxed and they make it fun to be there. I highly recommend this location for any type of physical therapy. I made so much progress. Thank you!
This has been without a doubt the worst therapy I have ever received. I have only interacted with my therapist once in the last three sessions. I split care between two locations, this and one of the Schaumburg locations. At the Schaumburg location, my therapist recaps my previous session at the Des Plaines location. I don't get a chance to speak to my therapist at this location. The difference in the amount of care/attention between the two locations is crazy. I had to remind the tech that my set of exercises changed. At least the staff is kind.
I’m so grateful for Ati Physical therapy and all of their staff! I have lower back osteoarthritis and had a lot of lower back pain. After completing physical therapy and continuing the exercises and stretches at home. I no longer have any back pain! The stretches I learned are amazing and help so much anytime I feel just a little of discomfort.
The team, patiently working with me has been extremely helpful. I took a pretty bad fall a few months back. My doctor recommended ATI for help with the impact my body took from the fall. I am grateful that they know what to do instructing me to a restored condition. I'm confident I'm at the right place to do just that. Thanks.
Great Experience! Thank you Lauren. You’re amazing. I was in pain for 2 months. Finally realized that I needed help. In a very short time Lauren had me feeling great again. Such a friendly and comfortable place to get yourself back in shape. I can’t recommend ATI and Lauren enough
Scheduling with ATI at this location has always been easy and hassle free. Every physical therapist I worked with here has been careful to help me get stronger without causing me more pain, which was a challenge at first since almost everything caused me pain. Even my initial consultation with Lauren was done with care and consideration. Attending physical therapy here has improved my quality of life and helped me more than I can say. I will be back at ATI again if I end up seeking a surgical solution for my problems and require therapy again as part of my recovery or if I need physical therapy again for any other reason.
