Very busy train station with lots of connections. The elevators usually smell like pee or are just very musty in general. I usually avoid the elevators unless I absolutely have to. There are public bathrooms but you're better off finding some place outside of the station to go.

This is our biggest station in Brooklyn. It's also relatively new. The layout is easy enough to navigate, and it's relatively clean for a NYC train station.

The downtown area always has something new to look at or something to do you will never be bored there are many train connections to go to various places like the city and Long Island wherever you want to go you can connect to many stations

Fantastic station. Fully wheelchair accessible, very clean, departure boards, free Wi-Fi, and cellular service. Transfer is available between the B/D/Q/N/R/2/3/4 and 5 trains. Connection available to the LIRR. Barclays Center right above the station.
