We had a low/no water pressure issue. I called Atlantic Blue after another company quoted a huge sum to 'fix' it, but in fact was trying to sell me other products, that I did not need, and did not diagnose the actual problem. Mike came and instantly saw it was not only the well tank that needed replacing, but the well pump had a leak. He was able to replace the tank, and put in a new well pump (a big hole in that), and install 300 ft of new wiring) - all in that same afternoon. And much cheaper than the other estimate! And it is all working exactly as it should, he cleaned up everything and even waited longer to make sure there were no further leaks in the pipe, in fact replaced a section "just in case'. Great service, and will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs. Customer service was wonderful, lady on the phone was super nice too.

I would recommend Atlantic Blue to anyone who is in need of any plumbing and water solutions. We moved into a new house and called them for a free water testing and they brought some issues to our attention that we were unaware of. Having 2 small children in our house they pointed out the severity of the problems and provided a few solutions that were extremely affordable and they were so quick to solve our issues. They were clean, prompt and courteous throughout the entire process. Lastly I had no idea they were a full service plumbing company so I had them fix a few of our issues that we were in need of after our inspection. Absolutely love Atlantic Blue and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

Atlantic Blue was assigned to us by our home warranty company. I never know what I'm going to get with a service provider I'm assigned and always a little nervous that the work won't be completed in a timely manner or to completion. We had a leak in our well tank and Lucas came to service it. It needed to be replaced completely and our water had to be turned off until it was, but he was back the same day and replaced it without incident. From what we can tell the work was done well, the problem was fixed and he explained everything thoroughly to me. However, what set Lucas apart from other service providers was how he went above and beyond to complete the job. We had some important things in storage that we were trying to protect from the leak, so we had a lot of towels and cardboard boxes we were using to soak up as much of the water as possible to keep it away from the storage boxes. Before he left he hung the towels outside to dry, took the wet boxes with him to dispose of and wet vac-ed all the excess water. He did a water test before he left too. I know with the mess we had downstairs most technicians would have just pushed it aside, but Lucas made it seem as if we'd never had a problem/leak to begin with. I've already recommended them to several of my neighbors! Great customer service goes a LONG way! Thanks Lucas!

Do yourself a favor and call Atlantic Blue before anyone else. We had an issue with our well and Chris, whose father founded the business, was out within an hour. Chris was professional, passionate, thorough, honest and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I learned so much during his inspection and he wasn't pushy and didn't attempt to up-sell us services we didn't need. I don't typically write reviews but this was such a great experience I had to share it.

Excellent work. Tech Lucas was very knowledgeable and personable. Explained operation of the acid neutralizer and showed me things to look for in operation. Did a thorough job of cleaning up after work was completed. Will use Atlanic Blue in the future and highly recommend them.
