I liked FSG Bank in Hixson until it changed to Atlantic capitol. I have went 8 months without mobile banking because they could never get the info right. Just today they fixed it after 3-4 attempts. I basically gave up on the 2 or 3rd time because my life is busy and I just got frustrated. Now today, when I tried to call them, the automation tells me to chose 4 to speak to a customer service rep, then after pressing 4, it tells me it can't recognize my choice. I can not speak top a live person. When it was FSG Bank, I had the numbers to Sara's desk and she ALWAYS answered it or called me right back. I called and left a message a week ago on that number and no one got back to me. If I were a person looking for a bank, I would suggest elsewhere. Very frustrating........

My bank card was eaten by the ATM. I will take full responsibility for this happening, as I had entered to wrong pin too many times because I didn't realize they were supposed to send my pin in the mail (separate from my FSG bank card). I waited until they opened, directly after this happened, and went in to ask how I might go about retrieving my card. They told me that at that moment nothing could be done, but as soon as the ATM was serviced they would retrieve my card and call me to let me know I could come pick it up. So I withdrew the money out of my checking account since they were unable to give me any idea as to how long it may take for me to get my card back. I hadn't received any correspondence from them and it had been a month and a half, so I took it upon myself to contact them. I told the woman whom I was speaking with the situation and how long I had been waiting. She asked for my name and asked me to hold for a moment. When she returned, to my utter surprise, she informed me that my account had been closed. I asked why, and this is when things took a major turn. She immediately took defense and started throwing accusations at me. She asked if I had received a phone call. I said no, as I had received no correspondence from them at all. She then tried to blame this on me not having my voicemail set up. I then assured her that my voicemail has been set up for years now. I also receive a minimum of one voicemail daily. After I told her this she was speechless and could no longer defend the company. I felt this was exceedingly disreputable and also very unbecoming of the way someone representing a business should conduct themselves, especially toward customers. Needless to say I will no longer be conducting business with FSG Bank.

I opened an account today with FSG Hixson location, Everyone there was welcoming and very helpful, I look forward to doing business with this location!!
