Located at the Atlantic City Bottle Company across from Bader field on Albany avenue in the Chelsea Heights section of Atlantic City, this small plates restaurant offers a seasonal, ever changing menu, 400+ whiskies, eclectic wine, and craft beer.

Story

The Iron Room features globally inspired plates created by Executive Chef Kevin Cronin using sustainable local ingredients. Paired by our expert service team with over 400 hand selected spirits, a Wine Spectator "Best of Award of Excellence" list and rare craft beers. Complete with masterfully crafted cocktails by one of the cities most innovative mixology teams.

Chef's menu changes based of what is fresh and available, but expect to find favorites like the Truffle Mac & Cheese with a signature cheese blend finished with truffle oil and topped with crisp bread crumbs, local day boat scallops, BBQ miso glazed octopus, organic fried chicken with local honey and our all natural 20oz cowboy steak.

The Iron Room also offers a full gluten free and vegan menu. Tap Takeovers, whiskey and wine dinners and Chef Kevin's 15 course pre-fixe menu. Check out Happy Hour and Sunday Brunch with all you can eat micro plates!

Great atmosphere, Great Staff,Great Place To Come And Have A Drink They Have Too Many To Name So Stop At The Iron Room You Will Enjoy Your Evening

So a friend and I went to check out The Iron Room in the Atlantic City Bottle Company the other day. I was very excited to try it. We got there and ordered Manhattan's (1 for each) and appetizers. They ran out of the rye after our first round of drinks so they gave us the house Manhattan's (again 1 each) The bill was pretty high just to have drinks and appetizers but we had a good time and it tasted good. However, and I will take partial blame, I looked at my receipt again the next day and noticed that I was charged $7 for an extra drink that neither of us had since we each had two drinks only. I called and let the person know this and I'm told that the receipt looks fine and basically the guy told me that plenty of people come in and one person has several drinks which is why it is uneven on the bill. I explained to him that we each had two drinks only plus the fact that if you look at the receipt the drinks using the same alcohol as stated on the extra drink is a different cost. He proceeds to say we must have ordered the extra rye but not a Manhattan. On top of that the receipt says there were 8 items when in actuality there were 9 yet he sees no issue with this either. Obviously I won't go broke over $7 but you have to wonder how many people they do this to so I suggest you DO NOT patronize this place but if you do be sure to double check your bill AND watch out for Carl the bartender! Oh and he got a $22 cash tip😠

The customer service here is deplorable. They are selling a groupon online that's nearly impossible to redeem.

I bought it for my date's birthday. The groupon is for a wine tasting and says you need to make a reservation. When I called they told me that the classes were only on Wednesdays and Saturdays and gave me a schedule of all the dates. The gentleman was clear that you had to sign up in advance. 

Disappointed that we couldn't go on the Tuesday we were in town, we resolved to come back to Atlantic City and make another date of it. This was in May 2017.

We've since returned to Atlantic City three times over the summer. Each time we call, to reserve a spot in the class, no one answers the phone. No one returns our messages. We stopped in the Tuesday bEfore their most recent Saturday class to see if we could sign up in person. The gentleman who greeted us said he couldn't help us with the sign up, because he did handle those affairs. He told us to call later that day and what times to expect someone to answer the phone. We left two messages thereafter with no response on either phone number (we both letter separate messages).

Groupon refuses to give us our money back, because of the vast amount of opportunities this tiny bar claims to have. They don't realize how difficult it is to actually redeem the groupon.

At this point, I'm not interested in Atlantic City Bottle Company or any of the various names you can find them under. I just want a refund. Sloppy business practices.
