Great store. Also, a great staff. Very knowledgeable. Very neat, clean tanks with very healthy fish.

I went into Atlantis Aquariums with my wife and my 1 1/2 year old daughter to get a couple of fish for our new aquarium. While showing my daughter around the store she grabbed a $20 aquarium ornament and broke it. i apologized and continued shopping for fish when i was done i went to go check out. when i got to the register the broken item was waiting for me, to be expected. i didn't mind paying for the broken ornament even though the manager was really rude about it. after i left the store i started to think about how they were profiting off of our mistake. being as how i didn't keep the broken item i thought it would be reasonable that they only charged me the coast of the item. so i returned to the store and asked if they would be willing to only charge me for their loss. the manager was really rude in his response and refused to make the adjustment. you know i like there selection of fish but between the attitude of the manager and the fact that i got ripped off has ruined that place for me.

Their inventory is always nice and healthy and employees are always ready to help. They get busy so patience is needed at times, but overall i think they care about their clients happiness. They take pride in their tanks and livestock and it shows. I will continue to use all the time.
