ATM EMV upgrade kit ordered.  Tech arrived unannounced to install without all the adequate parts. Was sent packing. Keyboard part was ordered and arrived. Tech was notified, told one package had arrived.  They came to install asking for Fed Ex package, which we had not seen.  They called their contacts for necessary keys to complete install.  Main office closed at 24 hr. location.  After that install was "complete".  Come in today, prepared ATM to be used at 9am.  It does not work. Comes up with an error.  ATM Systems Corp notified by email, no response. Pictures of errors sent. It's now 2:45pm, more pictures sent, web site says office closed.

Customer Service lacking.
