Atmore Community Hospital (ACH) is a 49-bed facility, serving several communities in Escambia and Monroe counties in Alabama, as well as those in nearby Escambia County, Fla.

Formerly Greenlawn Hospital, ACH moved to the current location on Medical Park Drive in 1967 and affiliated with Infirmary Health in 2015. Located in a rural area, we offer a wide-range of services for residents who otherwise would have to travel from their home community for medical care. To promote better rest, limit noise and provide privacy for patients and their visitors, we guarantee private rooms for all patients in our hospital.

Horrible Service! I've been here since 2:30 no one has seen me! My blood pressure is 207/116. People that came in behind me have been seen. DONOT come to this hospital!

TERRIBLE PLACE I WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY DOG THERE U WALK IN WITH ONE PROBLEM AND WALK OUT WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF SOMETHING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR PROBLEM, MOST OF THE NURSES AND DR.S ARE RUDE AND DUMB AS HELL THEY HAVE NO BEDSIDE MANNERS THEY DONT LISTEN WHEN U TRY AND EXPLAIN WHATS WRONG AMD WHAT YOUR PAIN IS THEY JUST DONT CARE! IT IS LITERALLY A BANDAID HOSPITAL THAT'LL PUT IT ON THE WRONG WOUND!

Took my fiancee to the ER a few days after being released from a better hospital due to kidney failure from a severe infection. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and they do not seem to care if they help you it all. Seems like they just want to get you out instead of taking time to actually investigate and treat your ailment. I walked outside to make a phone call to my fiancee's family to inform them that she was sick again, and when I came back in the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and very rudely stated I was not allowed to see her per hospital rules. So if you have a loved one dying don't expect to be able to say goodbye in the emergency room at this hospital. All in all a very negative experience and she didn't receive any treatment at all. In my opinion you are better off taking your loved one or yourself down to Mobile or Pensacola if you have an emergency and the time to get there.
