Called in a week early to reserve Monte Carlo bowling for my girlfriend's birthday tonight they told me to call the next week. Called on Monday asked to reserve and they said they don't do reservations just to come in and plenty of lanes will be open. Come to find out you have to reserve Monte Carlo and now it's sold out and there is a waiting list on the regular lanes. What a joke and completely ridiculous, won't be coming here again nor recommending it to anyone ever.

The bowling alley itself is what it is. It's a bit dated but the lanes work, the ball selection is decent and the scoring machines work. They have bumpers for kids and you can order food. The arcade is decent but when I was last there with my daughter we experienced too many issues with the games.

Really happy with Atomic Bowl. We use them during the Kids Bowl Free summer event. They also have a pretty fun game area. However, they are not in the best kept condition. The ceiling started leaking on us the last time we were there.

Extremely rude waitress making comments to other employees about my group and other customers because she didn't like the younger groups or when people went to smoke she didn't like the smell. She is in customer service and should not say thing or make those comments. I will never allow her to serve me if she ever come to I would rather walk down the road than be helped by this server.......after a few minutes the manager came out and was great she talked to the server and us and made it a very enjoyable night
