These guys are awesome.  The company for which I work actually went with a different IT firm for the past year and I really, really, really wish we still used Atrion.  They were always helpful, even when they obviously know more about the situation than perhaps you do, and never condescending.  They always fixed issues as fast as humanly possible and that issue stayed fixed.  They even helped me with some info today even though they're no longer the company's IT firm.  If you're looking for a sales rep to talk to there, ask for Daniel. He's awesome and so much help.  He even knows the technology support side despite being in Sales ... Which seems like it should be expected, but I've encountered rarely.  Best IT I've worked with in a long time.
