So I was in West Long Branch on business at a hotel and received their menu from the lobby and ordered. The girl on the phone was pleasant, the order was delivered a lot earlier then they quoted, (It was an off Monday night I'm sure, and I ordered something fairly plain and simple). The food was okay with nice portions, (nothing special, but to be fair, it was a simple dish), but what aggravated me was that after I opened it, there were no napkins in the bag, ketchup or condiments, or utensils. (and they knew it was a hotel delivery). Funny thing is that I had given the guy a 5 dollar tip on a less than 10 dollar order, (over 50%), before I realized he had dropped the ball. or just not cared. That reflects on the restaurant. The reality is, that I don't get up here too often, but with so many choices, I wouldn't go back, and as a small business owner, I have the sense, that this is the norm, and I would address it!

Ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza and garlic knots. 2 hours after I ordered the pizza, I called the driver who apparently found a magical dirt road to Monmouth University and got stuck. The drivers were extremely apologetic and told me to call the main store. He handed me the food which looked like it had been delivered over 500 miles on horseback—cold, hard cheese separated from the pizza and stuck to a single side of the pizza box as if it were held vertical. I proceeded to call the main store and spoke with a woman who told me to call back the next day. That was Sunday. Monday I was busy so I called Tuesday and very nicely explained what had happened. I spoke with Lou who said, “there nothing I can do about it. We don’t have any proof that, that happened and I don’t have a pie to replace.” After trying to bring clarity to the nonsense that Lou was speaking, I immediately asked for the owners name and I plan to have a long conversation tomorrow. Is this guy serious?!? I will never order from here again. BTW, we threw out the food that Lou demanded as a receipt.

Ordered a Cajun Chicken salad last Saturday 9/16, found a dead bug in my salad. I called Attilios restaurant seems like it's the norm haven't heard anything back nor an apology form the manager/store owner. I guess they really don't care about CUSTOMER SERVICE just the MONEY!!!

Truly excellent pizza and very flavorful garlic knots. Simply amazing and delectable!! Excellent service and employee's are always smiling. Cozy interior, just like Italy.
