I'll give him ONE star as he DID do his job and get a citation dropped for me. But as far as a person he lacks compassion, listening, and is extremely disrespectful. A very hateful man. He has a terrible past that does not make him look good, and it shows in his personality. Entirely too entitled and egotistical. I do NOT recommend him. Waste of time and money.

This guy is horrible. He does little to nothing for you and just keeps asking for more money. He told me a flat 1000$ would cover everything but then more and more money. He didn't even tell me when the court hearing time was I had to call him. I didn't hear from him from the day I plead to the day of sentencing. This guy does nothing....stay away!

If looking for a defense attorney NEVER use him he is RACIST he robbed my family of 13000 and stop answering any of our calls,  he was paid in full he DID NOTHING to help his client especially when we found out he was related to the DA. He railroad his client to help his sister make her case. Art McQuillan is very CORRUPT and JUST HORRIBLE!!! He should not be allowed to practice anymore.
