We  were in an accident in a parking lot.  A  guy ran a stop sign and smashed our  car.  The car could not be driven.  The driver's insurance company refused to fix my car. After avoiding all of my calls and not taking responsibility for the car repair, and body shop storage , and rental car. We contacted Chad , and him and Heidi were on it , It took another 40 days get it all taken care of , but they were on it everyday, they always returned our  calls when we had questions .  Chad was very persuasive,  when he gave them an ultimatum to take care of all the expenses by a specific date or he would file a complaint against them in court for any and all damages, they got right on it and sent us a check on that date.  They continued to follow-up on the car rental payment and everything was paid.  I don't think we would have ever gotten a penny out of that mans' insurance company because they insisted that both drivers were equally responsible.   We are very grateful to Chad and Heidi.  They were a pleasure to work with.  I have  recommend Chad and his team to friends and would totally call them again if I need an attorney. Thank you so much!!

Chad McKay previously helped me with a personal injury and I got much more than the insurance offered, so I brought an old collection case to him that was started in Idaho.  After many other attorneys had tried to collect the judgement and failed, he was a able to collect the money they had hidden in sham corporations.  The man is brilliant!  We recovered just under a million dollars.

Chad's staff was professional and efficient and answered the phone promptly every time I called.  He previously had done a case for us pro-bono and was recently chosen Utah's Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.  He is a really good guy. Chad doesn't mince words and some people take that as rudeness but he was never rude to us or those involved in our case, even on the other side.  He is very professional. He knows the law and is so knowledgable and helpful.  He gave us confidence that we could win our personal injury case and when we settle for full amounts against their three insurance companies we were so glad we used him again.  We will use him every time.

I have been working with Chad for the last year on a nasty custody battle. His staff, specifically Heidi, is great to respond to my questions or concerns quickly. Chad is very direct and to the point, which at times, made me feel as though he wasn't listening or hearing my concerns. However, this was welcomed in the court setting and with the other party's attorney, mediator and evaluator. Hopefully I won't have to go through non-sense like this again, but if I do, I'd definitely use Chad.
