I severely regret ever hiring this guy.  I gave him 2 cash Retainers for my DPS and TXDOT cases.  Both agencies are refusing to hire disabled Veterans.  He took the cases on Contingency and my Retainers would pay for Depositions, Filing Fees to move the cases to Federal Court, etc.  A few months later he denied I hired him to do the TXDOT case by email.  I cited my Contract and he recanted.  I gave of copy of the email to the State Bar of Texas.  Next, he denied I hired him to move the cases to Federal Court.  My contract called for Federal issues.  Then he wanted me to give a huge amount of money to continue and I responded he took the cases on Contingency.  Finally, he tried to make me give up my Federally Protected VA Medical Records without him obtaining Protective Order for their confidentiality.  Jones resigned on me and skipped with my money when he had to do his job.  Jones would not show up in Court to resign and did it by phone.  He sent the Judge false statements about me. Judge Sulak busted Jones that he had never sent me a Certificate of Service on the bogus filing.  Then the Judge had to repeatedly ask Jones if he was dropping his interest in my cases.  Reluctantly, he did.   I defended myself in Court and got this excuse for an Attorney off my cases.  FYI-The Judge in the TXDOT case issued a letter directing Jones to perform discovery followed by mediation.  He did no interrogatories and no depositions over a long period of time.  His firm of Dasean Jones and Associates crumbled.  The good Attorneys left the firm and he was useless in my case.

This is my second time needing a lawyer and I chose Dasean Jones both times because he's straight to the point and he actually helped me. He gave me all my options and let me make the decision. If I ever need legal counsel again I'll be sure to give him a call. Thank you Dasean Jones.

I am very pleased with the level of service Don provided me. He definitely fought on my behalf and didn't stop until I was satisfied. He often asked if I was satisfied with his service throughout the course of him working my case. He was always able to answer my questions and remained in constant communication with me. I didn't have to wait long periods of time for him to respond and even if he couldn't address my case at  the time, he let me know when he would be able to get back with me. Don was very personable and his staff was equally as friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for representation!

I had a great experience with attorney Don Nguyen. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He made the experience very comfortable for me. I will refer all my friends and family to him in the future.
