They had proof of an attorney committing fraud and perjury and actually accused him at a peer review hearing.. But because of who this crooked attorney knows the AGC actually backed off and he's only getting a slap on the wrist. This attorney got away with legal grand theft. The AGC said "trust me" , i did and got screwed out of $20,000. Thanks AGC

This "organization" is trash. They don't discipline attorneys. You send them actual TANGIBLE proof such as emails directly from the practicing attorney, and all the attorney does is respond with lies that are easily extractable and can be easily disproven. The offending attorney's response doesn't even have to be logical. No action is taken. This happened with Gregory Milton, a "lawyer" who wasn't and isn't even my attorney--whom I had to file a complaint against. He's previously been disbarred in Maryland AND DC previously. He and his antics are total TRASH, an abhorrent mockery of what an attorney with acumen and integrity should actually aspire to and BE. I assume this farce of a grievance commission receives some money from taxpayers. COMPLETE waste of funds, if that's the case.

Not even worth one star. Watered down 1994 H1B scam where disciplined US attorney owned sponsoring company. Deaf USCIS does nothing.

I have filed complaints with this office before and both times I was able to speak to the people handling my complaint. Also each time the attorney was either disbarred or suspended. This time it was against a Montgomery County, county attorney Roberts. It was a simple matter of a form of blackmail and making threats to me and ignoring a MPIA request of what I asked for. Ms Roberts sent a letter through a Police Detective P. Mancuso. Ms Roberts said in the letter attached that I was harassing other officials within the police department and county trying to get information form a police body cam and even said she ordered it and all I need to do is pay $96.00 and I would receive it. The email was sent to the Chief of police John Thomas Manger, who if you notice goes by his middle name and not his first. Manger did not answer this complaint his self like he normally would maybe because of the content and that he is online stating the law in questions was unconstitutional. In any case, the letter indicated to me that Ms H. Roberts had already ordered the audio copies for me and once I paid the $96.00 I would received them. I had told her twice if not more that I only need one of the audios of one officer and asked them to give me a price on just one or each but she ignored this. This letter implied that if I contacted anyone concerning this audio, she would have me prosecuted for telephone misuse or email misuse. So I called this Mancuso and asked him to call for me to see if it was made and he said he was not involved. I asked if he would meet me there so I could go i with him and again he said no. At no time did anyone ask me not to call or contact them until this letter. I told this detective that if I call, Ms Roberts could cause me a lot of legal issues ever though I did nothing wrong, it still may have cost me for an attorney and I am sure I would have been found not guilty. What Ms H. Roberts did was a form of blackmail. If I called to try to get the audio she would have me arrested which kept me from getting the audio of the police who were harassing me in the first place. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland like I have in the past in or about November of 2016 but each time I called I was told they were working on it. I believe in the beginning of March on 2017 I received an email from the Commission telling me they did not find any wrong doing. No letter or name was given who sent the email. I called a number of times only to get a recording so I left a message to ask them to call me. I received no reply. I tried emailing but again no reply. Yesterday I called from my cell phone and this time they answered but the girl said they are not going to discuss this further, not they have at all prior. I feel they are in a conspiracy with the county attorney or more to kill the complaint. Today 3/28/17 I received a email from the commission stating this complaint is done and not to contact them about this or come there or I will not be allowed in. Again no one signed the email. So it took them five months before they made a decision? If you try and find out who you can complaint to about the commission, good luck, I could not find anyone. As for Ms H Roberts, I was told the States attorneys office, Internal affairs, the County Executive etc. Believe me, none of the above. Not the attorney Generals office, or the FBI or Justice Department. If you look at the work Justice it means just that, "just us" The fact that the Commission would not speak to me at all regarding this matter tells me they are covering this issue up. I did hear a couple of years ago they fired or laid off some attorneys their that had been thee a long time but for political reasons. I see why that is now. It is a shame how dishonest the county and state governments are. No doubt in my mind that the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland is no exception. This is my opinion based on my experience.
