We offer quality legal services to moderate means individuals and businesses in Idaho and eastern Washington at reduced rates based on your income. We have experienced attorneys that practice family law, elder law, guardianships and conservatorships, business and corporate law, and representation for non-profit organizations including churches and many other practice areas. Mission

To provide legal services and education at substantially reduced rates for underserved segments of the community. Many individuals are forced to sacrifice their personal or professional legal security simply because they cannot afford legal counsel. We aim to change the way Idaho law is practiced.

I am a local business and was in need of legal advice. I tried too many times to handle my own legal affairs not knowing if I could afford an attorney or if they would even be able to help me. In one consultation not only did Virginia listen to my needs and put my mind at ease, she also opened my eyes to some other areas of legality with my business I hadn't even considered. It was affordable and I was able to get in within a week. Virginia's thoughtful and professional recommendations made a task that seemed overwhelming and intimidating much easier to handle and I walked away feeling a huge sense of relief. I am so grateful and plan to use Attorney's NW again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Darcy Johnson is by far my favorite person on this planet. She is so amazing and supportive, I am so thankful for Attorney's northwest and their help in assisting me in my divorce/ custody battle. I highly recommend them as being the best at what they do. I am so grateful for their hard work and support they've shown me. Darcy Johnson deserves a raise for everything she does. She is like a bulldog that won't back down in a fight. She doesn't give up and she gives words of encouragement when needed. I love her and I love Attorney's NW!

Our experience with this firm and all people here, has been superb!!! Their caring and concern for our family and circumstances has been what we needed during this trying time. They have been professional with just the right amount of being personable. We can not thank them all enough! These guys/gals are amazing. They went well above and beyond my expectations. Before them with everything i was going through i was overwhelmed, stressed and just annoyed, ready to give up. When I retained them, they reassured me, and gave me hope. They quickly understood my situation and everything involving my case and everytime in had a concern or spoke to them i was at ease. I would suggest them to anyone who needs not only afforable legal council but reliable. If I need to use them again for anything, they will for sure be who I go to 1st and foremost.
