Atwater’s has excellent food and excellent service. Although the space is small and getting around tables is tight. Usually I can find a seat easily but getting over to it is the issue....squeezing against tables and other customers is inevitable but other than that, absolutely wonderful! I usually get the cheese and bacon sandwich and it’s made beautifully and served with sliced apples. Every time I order a coffee or chai it comes out less sweet than I prefer but it’s perfect because it allows the customer to sweeten to taste. Quality is held as their most important aspect of this restaurant and it’s very obvious! Love me some Atwater’s!

Just had a taste of a tiny cup of about 2 ounces of soup for $7 and it was the saltiest soup I've ever consumed. Basically inedible levels of salt. My friend said hers was equally salty. Everything overpriced. A novice could make a better soup than they're making these days.

The food is great and it's a lovely atmosphere. A bit pricey is my only complaint.

Great selection of breads, sandwiches, and Atwater's prepared foods from the Big Kitchen.  Quick service for grab-and-go or to-go orders. Table service area is always full at peak times, so be prepared to wait. Loaf bread can be sliced and bagged. The stand-alone building shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's; it is usually busy so use caution and common sense.
