Its a good place for breakfast… Wide variety of cookies, crossiants and varied options for healthier breakfast/snack. Always love the fresh juices and yogurt here. Coffee is fresh and just few steps away from Jay St. Metro station Must try if you are in and around NYU
I used to pickup lunch from here frequently prior to Covid. It is a good soup, sandwich and salad place. Their bakery is good with, breads and nice brownies. Things have changed a lot after covid, less staff, slower service, shorter hours of operation. Hopefully it will be back to old self in sometime.
I haven't posted in forever cos I didn't feel like it, but this place's so bad I have to tell you to avoid it. The cheese croissant tasted stale didn't finish it and had anything but cheese on it it had a weird tasteless omelet, the cashier was having issues with the system, and they only had 1 person with a massive queue there, and the iced tea tasted like rubber, didn't finish it either. I payed $9 to sit, cos I can't stomach any of this. AVOID
The environment is so great. The employees are very friendly .The snacks are fresh and Good. Ice coffees are the best feature. Many kinds of coffees and a lots of choices. Price is affordable for everyone.
Good place for lunch, but confusing to order. I wasn't sure where to go. Next time I'll be online ordering for ease and convenience.
This location understands their daily assignment. Great coffee, clean plus bright, extraordinary breakfast sandwiches, delightful pastries, along with fruit and yogurts! I'm happy they are in the area to provide friendly great service.
The cashier is extremely rude!!! I was a customer there for a while, and I feel ok if they are slow and not happy with their job. However, today, when one of the cashier gave me a receipt that was cut in a half, she gave me a mean look when I asked her for a non-damaged one. She told me to wait and kept ignoring me when I asked how long should I wait? The line is super long and seems like she doesn’t care!
They have the good idea to charge more for oat milk than the coffee itself
What horrible customer service, I order a coffee and a cheese and ham croissant, and the cashier has a very rude attitude. Not smiling, not a simple Hi, not a is $7.25 or anything. I kindly ask him for a paper bag to take with me what I have bought and he gives it to me unopened. I even had to put everything in the bag by myself.
I bought a tiny pita bread with veggie cream cheese which is barely noticeable in your mouth for $5. No wonder they don't have any prices on the board. This is how this cameo, they take the order and then they ask you to make a payment with the slip, and the slip doesn't have any prices on it. Just like any other places, I think this is going to go out of business soon too.
