I love this spa. I visit regularly for various services and have always found the service providers to be professional and responsive. Grab lunch/dinner at Options Lounge if you have time!

Worst Massage - First time at Au Natural Spa.  The massage therapist did not listen to what I wanted.  Told the receptionist who clearly did not care about my feedback / comments.  Would not recommend this spa to anyone!  This was my first and last time to Au Natural Spa.  It would appear I am not the only one giving this spa one star.  It took 6 days for the manager to get back to me and informed me they take these complaints seriously.  6 days to me as not someone who takes their complaints serious.  The manager apologized and that was it.

$30 for a really lovely, relaxing express pedicure + access to saltwater pools, sauna, hot tub

Don't expect a proper massage with a one hour facial. They are happy to take your money but not to make amends for rubbing the same spot on your chest over and over again.
