Was looking for a restaurant between Frankenmuth and Metro Detroit area that had pizza for myself, my mom, and my sisters! Luckily the waits and lack of tables provoked us to drive past three other restaurants leading to here! The service with Lindsey, the food from appetizers to pizza, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful! We had a great experience! Highly recommend the ultimate feta bread! I would give everything a 10/10 and that says so much these days! Thank you so much, highly highly recommend!
We had the private room for a surprise birthday party. It was a nice comfortable size for our family and friends. They had at least 5 different varieties of pizza with salad and chicken wings. I was accidentally overcharge but management corrected the problem and quickly refunded me. I appreciate the customer service. Drinks were so BIG I only needed one!
Our server was rude. Place wasn’t busy at all. I think we were one of maybe three other tables. Server was using swear words during his time at our table. Wanted us to try the happy hour drink selection but couldn’t answer questions about the drink. Argued with us about food, seemed to be put out in some way having to wait on us. It really was horrible experience because of the waiter. Was told I couldn’t leave sauce off my order, said could customize… . Wasn’t looking to customize, was looking at omitting a sauce on my sandwich. Manage confirmed I could have It was my first time there which he was told when he sat us. He did recommend an appetizer which was amazing….and the Long Island was amazing. Maybe I will try it again without that waiter and see if I can change my mind…but for now, service was horrible!!! I did have the manager come to the table, he assured me if would be taken care of. In fairness I’m going to try it again to see if I can leave a better review for service.
The food at Aubrees is always really good. We ordered both deep dish and hand tossed as well as Aubrees Bread. The reason for 3 stars is because the service here every time we go is SO SLOW. The last 3 times we’ve had to wait at the hostess station and look around for someone to seat us. Our server yesterday was nice enough but I had to ask for refills. Our boys love the food here and we would come more often but the service is always disappointing.
What a terrible experience! I ordered DoorDash and my patty melt had parchment paper on it and my side of broccoli was sitting in a pool of water! My order didn't even come in a to-go bag. I talked to the manager, Carol, and she sounded like she could care less. Terrible food and customer service experience. I am not eating here again!!
The food came out in a timely manner and they were busy, which is a good thing. Their service was good as well. We had the Carmel apple Martini which was served on a shooter glass, just need martini glasses and things would have been perfect.Food: 4/5
The website advertises 3 carry out specials. I called in order and was told I would get my total when I picked up order. The total was: full price, they don't accept the specials. Pizza wasn't hot and not sure why one slice was mini. I can only guess they needed a slice and subbed in a child size?
Ordered Calazone’s today, with extra sauce. Picked them up and there was NO sauce. Called to let them know, and didn’t do anything about it. Only thing she said was “you weren’t charged for the extra sauce”.They never seem to get our order right.
My husband and I went for lunch yesterday for my birthday 10-6-22 and had a lovely buffet meal. The buffet didn't look like it had much on it at first glance but it was wonderful. Everything was fresh and hot. The waiter even asked if there was any requests for something to be put up there that wasn't already. They have great pizza and THE BEST cinnamon sticks. I have missed Pizza Huts lunch buffets so am happy to find a new one that is frankly much much better!
The personal pizza starts at $11 . . with no items?? So at best you get it with 2 items for, $15!! Out 1st visit she was not good at all didn't say they were out of sausage until we questioned the lack of. Then only offered a cup of beef. My husband wanting to try it again but not reading of course presumed at least 2 came with it, ordered 4 items. We paid $19 for a personal pizza! His fault, yes - but also a horrible deal! Christian was great. Very personable & friendly. 2 stars for service & cleanliness
