I have been with Auburn Consulting for about 5 years and they have provided us with excellent service for out Konica color copier. Paul has worked with my company through some tough times and has always provided us with prompt and reliable service which is key in my business because I depend on my machines for our livelihood.

My company has used Auburn Consulting for our Lanier and HP repair needs for about 3 years.  Paul provides prompt and reliable service. When I place a service call Paul comes right out or he will send someone as quickly as possible. We have never had any problems with the service from Auburn Consulting. I will recommend them for your repair needs.

Prompt, friendly and efficient service.  We have used this company for over 8 years and find the owner very reasonable and understanding.  We always come out feeling like we are important and an integral part of his business providing service to our company.

We recently purchased our copier through Auburn Consulting, we were happy with the quotes that we received from them.  We had have one service call and the service tech came out the same day.  I highly recommend this company for your copier needs.

When the copier company we were using went out of business, unbeknownst to us, we found Paul at Auburn Consulting.  We have always received prompt and reliable service from Paul and Auburn.  At that time we had a black and white copier.  We really wanted a color copier, but didn't believe we would be able to obtain one within our budget.  Paul made that possible.
