We visited here to meet up with family that live in the area. This was our 2nd time staying here. We love it! We spent most of our time in the pool area. It's a great area for kids of all ages to play safely. The pool temperature was perfect for the hot weather, finally a nice cool pool in the South. The room was very nice too, with a balcony that had great view, two super comfortable beds and the bathroom was very spa-like. We can't wait to stay here again in a couple of years.

The facilities are wonderful. Pool and outdoor areas are great. The rooms have been updated but still feel a little dated. However, the bathrooms are large and even have nice tubs.

Accommodations and facilities are lovely. Some of the staff are helpful but overall they are lacking customer service skills. We ate dinner at the outdoor restaurant "splash bar". The waitress was sweet but only came to our table twice. We waited for our bill. She never brought it. Since we charged it to the room we left thinking we didn't have to sign anything. They called the room at 11pm asking us to come sign the bill!!!!! Outrageous!! Woke us up for that!!!!

Hotel is nice, yet they need to have someone in charge of the pool areas at all times not just when the hotel see's fit. The Hotel had a person in charge of the pool area the day before keeping people under control etc. On this day, My daughter was injured by a teenage boy throwing a tennis ball up the slide at people sliding down the slide. Her nose was bleeding, her lip was busted, her lip was stuck in her braces etc. I contacted the desk that day yet they did not seem to care. I have contacted Marriott Customer Care 6 times, I have been "promised" "someone" would get back with me yet as of today (Day 8) no one from the Hotel has reached out to me. As I stated the hotel is nice yet the lack of concern or sense of urgency is an opportunity.

Great hotel with awesome rooms, we had a balcony view of the pool. Room had a bathtub and a shower! Usually only those shower tubs.... Pool is excellent and kids loved it. Staff was really really nice. Everything here is 5 star highly recommend
