Terrible Front Desk Staff And they let my Cat of 13 years suffer they are about the money. Lied and she died at home every question was you about money even when she passed they were horrible asked I pay on the phone before I could bring her to rest or bury her myself. Won't be back horrible expirence I didn't even get a receipt I wasn't allowed to know I'd see where my cat of 13 years was going. 0 respect for this place and it's iffy Staff. Find somewhere else where there is secrets there is lies. Still wonder where my cat was laid to rest my biggest regret was going here with her. Funny business that's not funny.😪

I've been taking my pets to this vet clinic for 25 years. There's a reason for that....kind, caring, staff and vets, and quality care for my pets. I've always recommended this clinic to my friends and family. I can't thing of anything negative to say about this clinic or the people working here. They're great! Thank you for all you've done for my family of pets, for the past 25 years!

I have been taking my dogs to this veterinary clinic for over 10 years now. The vets are some of the best I've ever had had for my pets. The office staff and veterinary assistance are exemplary in their roles. They are kind, helpful, compassionate. There is an emergency clinic that shares the same location and those vets and crew are terrible. I was saddened that my poor sick dog was being cared for by such awful doctors and staff. The next time he needed emergency medicine I drove him to Sumner. There was no way I was taking him back to the Auburn emergency clinic. I'd believe that people who are giving such negative feedback on Auburn Veterinary Hospital, Inc. are really referring to the emergency clinic that resides in the same location. Seriously...if you take your animals to Auburn Vet Hospital you will be happy you did. Nothing but the best.

Dr. Schneider (he listens to what you have to say!) and the staff have been wonderful and supportive while we get our Jeffrey back up to speed after being diagnosed with diabetes.
