My salesman Alec was a wonderful help in selecting and purchasing my new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership made my experience easy and pleasant. They have a super friendly and personable team! Ray and Craig were also very informative and helpful during my visit, and they answered any questions I had. I would definitely consider returning in the future, and I look forward to returning for my routine maintenance with my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend talking to one of their salesmen, even if they don't currently have something you're looking for. Alec talked to me about getting into a new car for months before we found one that fit my criteria. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about their cars, and they had my best interests in mind when I ultimately selected a new vehicle. Keep being awesome, guys! Thank you for everything you do!

I have dealt with this dealership or a long time. They work hard to put a deal together quickly and care about the experience. They are completely void of the the MEGA dealership attitude and associated buying drama.  Management is easily accessible and everyone in the dealership shows a willingness to help out if your normal contacts are out for the day.

Bought the A4 in July 2016 and had to have what turned out to be a false service alert on instrument panel investigated. Arranged to have it checked with Brandon and it turned out that it needed a software update. Problem solved quickly. Excellent experience. Appreciate personal care and explanation. Various other personnel were also friendly and more than willing to discuss Audi cars. Love the car too.

This was my first large car purchase.  Previously, I always bought older cars that I could pay cash for and be done. This was a big deal for me. I love Audi so there is not much work needed to sell one to me but a dealership certainly could do things to cause me not to purchase from them. With that being said, I could tell instantly that Audi Clarksburg was a cut above the rest.  I was thrilled with this entire experience and it left me with a wonderful memory that I will forever cherish. I was impressed with everyone at this dealership. I was most appreciative of receiving the background on the car I was purchasing. Audi Clarksburg makes you feel like part of a family and that is what Audi is all about. This dealership cares about each customer as if they were family. I am proud of Audi.  I am proud of this dealership as well.
