I leased my second car from Day Audi this past Saturday.  The experience was incredibly pleasant!  My Audi Brand Manager, Darren Burns, was friendly, informative, and very interested in finding me a car that I would be excited to drive off the lot!  I've been so impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Day Audi - both in sales and service.  They always remember my name and greet me as if I'm the most valued customer. A pleasure doing business with this dealership in general but a special thanks goes out to Junior Da Silva for his knowledgeable support while finding me the right car and to Gary and Andy for making the transition into my new Audi seamless. This is my second car from Day and the professionalism carries through from the sales team to their service group where Justin and Tiffany make servicing the cars so easy. I can confidently recommend this dealership.

Special thanks to Service Adviser Justin Scheib  and his dedicated team of Techs for going above and beyond to get our car back on the road in a very reasonable time. Bought a used Audi about 9 months ago and had the misfortune of the timing chain stretching and the car failing to proceed. Had the car towed to Day Audi by choice after reading the reviews. Fortunately, I had a third party warranty which took care of a majority of the service cost. Justin was polite and courteous, took the time explaining the details of the repair. He also provided me with a budgetary estimate, a reasonable timeline for the repair, worked diligently  with the third party warranty claims dept. An awesome Customer Service experience.

I've gone to Day Audi for my last three cars now.  The service is top notch and so are the people.  They know how to help their customers and can be trusted.  Call up Junior, he is a fantastic person to work with and is a very knowledgeable rep.  The service department is single handedly the best I have worked with.  Justin is A+ and Brady in the back office got my transaction done smoothly and with expert knowledge.

Fantastic dealer and can't say enough good things about them. I bought a used Audi from a jaguar dealer out in eastern PA and within 3 months started having major problems with it. The dealer and techs here went out of their way and way above and beyond with everything they tried to do for me. In the end I ended up trading it in and bought a used car from them and I've happy ever since. The dealership is clean with plenty of locations to work or just relax. The staff is awesome, they explain everything well and aren't pushy. I typically am not a fan of Western PA dealers (I always had problems with them) but these guys are awesome and in fact my fiance bought a Subaru from their other dealer location. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to check out the Day dealerships and if you want an Audi go to them hands down.
