I am writing this review as an appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Do Nguyen. His professionalism, experience and ability to help me get to the bottom of the problem and provide the solution quickly. It definitively help me understand more function and utilize feature in mine Audi Q7,. We are also really pleased with the knowledge, skills and patience of Do Nguyen. I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in Audi Palo Alto, California permanently as  this is exactly what the customers want to have.

I recently bought a 2017 A4 from Audi Palo Alto, and that process went very well.  When I decided what car I wanted, I used the Internet to get quotes from various dealers.  Audi Palo Alto offered me the best deal.  However, the set of features I wanted wasn't available in any existing car in the U.S., so they special ordered it for me and kept me informed while it was being built in Germany.  When the car arrived, they drove it to my home so I didn't have to come to the dealership to pick it up.  The next week I spent nearly two hours with one of their technicians, Do Nguyen, going over all the many features available in this car.  Do was very patient and answered all my questions, and I want to especially thank him for his excellent help in making my car purchase so enjoyable.  Overall, I got the exact car I wanted at what I believe was an excellent prices with the least hassle I have ever experienced when buying a car (with NO high pressure tactics).

Just met with Do Nguyen to go over how to navigate all the features on my new Q7 and I couldn't be happier. We didn't get a comprehensive tutorial when we purchased the vehicle so this was not only very helpful but more over such a wonderful experience. We've met a lot of Audi employees and I have to say he's one of the only people we've met that is not only knowledgeable but also truly caring and patient. I had a baby in the car as he took nearly an hour to go over everything so patiently and thoroughly, I couldn't be happier. I meet a lot of people in my profession and I could tell from our initial conversation that he would be sweet and patient...a perfect addition to our car purchasing experience. Audi is lucky to have Do and I'm so happy to have met him. I would highly recommend Do for anyone looking to know their car better with features.

Great selection of cars. Great location. Service is pretty terrible. Find a better dealer if you can.

They will NEVER-EVER call you back as promise. My car in service for already two weeks and I can't get even a loaner vehicle. They always to promise call you back and never do so. NOT recommended.
