These people really know there stuff. I've come to them with multiple questions regarding home installation, different new and old audio devices and even about restoration on some things. This place has some great equipment inside there showroom as well.

If you are looking for an audio/video company in the Phoenix area, especially the north-east valley, stop looking. Audio Video Excellence just completed a pretty big job in our house (audio throughout the house, TV/Blu-Ray/AppleTV/DirecTV, iPad Control, etc.) and we couldn’t be happier. The short review: great brands, extremely knowledgeable staff, incredible customer service and very fair pricing. Bob's consultation on what we wanted/needed in the house was great. He was very clear in presenting options, the pros/cons of different equipment, and he laid out the scope and schedule with great detail – everything went very smoothly. We now have the home audio/entertainment system of our dreams. Thank you AVE!
