Had AVE work on an old Kenwood as the tuning dial mechanism needed attention. They did a great job fixing the problem.  Tuner works as it should.  The price to repair was reasonable.  I moved here from the DC area and prices there to do similar work are a lot more expensive.  Turnaround was what I have come to expect as there are not too many people who work on older receivers.  Good experience.  Will return for other vintage receiver projects.

I’ll start by saying I have no affiliation to anyone at this business nor I have ever done business here. I felt compelled to write this because of the handful of negative reviews.

My plasma TV went out, and I found these folks via the internet. Dropped it off and 2 days later I had a diagnosis. 1 day later everything was fixed. Fast service, knowledgeable people, and day to day updates from them. I’d definitely recommend based off of my experience and will be using them in the future.

Just like several other reviewers i had bad service and was overcharged.  This store is going to have a hard time getting the internet to believe all these reviewers are lying.  My experience was before there were online reviews so they probably thought they could get away screwing their customers forever.  Times have changed.  Had a monitor repaired and was quoted a price.  THey ended up taking way longer (like weeks) than they promised when i dropped it off and then in order to get my monitor back i had to pay about $30 more than originally promised.  I could've just about bought another monitor new for the price they charged me.  Go ahead and try and apologize now that you have my money.  Won't do any good.

Awful experience. They charged to have it looked at, and then told me they wouldn't even be able to do what I asked. Wouldn't recommend.
