Medium rating. Service was too fast and made several mistakes. Basic salad full of Frisee and no dressing that compensates the bitterness. Chicken very dry. Filet Mignon burnt outside but Inside beautifull. Maybe All overwelmed By succes ? Missed the real french touch in food. Beautifull location. Beautifull hotel.

Amazing brunch for me. I went for breakfast and end up having a three course brunch! Amazing!!!! The attention to the details was impeccable.

We eat out 3 or 4 nights a week in Manhattan...I can honestly say that dinner this evening at Keith McNally's Augustine was the worst in recent memory...waited 45 minutes at the table for a server to take the order and one us had to get up to find her to make it happen...hamachi appetizer was fishy...heirloom tomatoes were not ripe...3 out of the 4 entrees were delivered to the table and then taken away until the fourth was ready...causing the fish to be dry...the steaks barely luke warm...over pour compensation on the wine...a shameful attempt at better dining...and they call themselves haute french...no thank you...never again.

I had an early reservation so the place was quiet, but it quickly became very busy.  The crowd wasn't any problem.  Great ambiance, service, and excellent food and wine. $$$$, but if you can afford it, it's worth the experience.  I recommend it.
