Aumans is a very well managed mobile home park. Owner has a zero tolerance policy for any trouble in the park.
This in the few months has provided me with a feeling of safety when I have bern here.
The grounds are kept very nicely so much that it doesn't feel like most mobile home parks.
This park also rents to people who have recreational vehicles.
Supervision and monitoring of park also helps residents feel safe in having outdoor items so that they can live in the outdoors as well,  that is super nice!!!

Owner maintains clean grounds and insures safe conditions.
Residences are well kept.  Very convenient to city of High Point and Triad area.  RVs appear to gradually replace older mobile homes.  Although street is labeled Main Street, it is just north of High Point ona two-lane rural portion of Main St, easily accessible and not a heavily traveled roadway.

Good park, Just wonder why some mobile homes have stayed so aboanded. But i like the designs. Lots of new mobile homes trading there spots every year.
