NORMALLY LOVE THIS PLACE, but who ever took over the sweet older ladys position that normally works here....is less than reliable. The sign says last load at 8:45... he won’t let you in after 8:20. The sign say open at 7, this morning he didn’t get here u til 7:15..... either find new more reliable help....or update the signage to accommodate the new schedule. The residents that live in this area with no washer/dryer in there apartment rely on this time schedule that is posted! Other than that, free popcorn is always a bonus!!

For the size of the place it's got it going on. Can get a little crowded at times. Very clean and the staff is super nice and talkative and friendly. They offer FREE wash and dry like for 2 hours once a month. It's for homeless and people struggling with finances to get some clean clothes without costing anything. It's financed by one of the local churches. Great idea but I noticed a few who were trying to take advantage of it because it's FREE, not because they needed any help washing their designer jeans or cashmere sweaters. UGH... the audacity of some people.

The people there was really nice and didn't mind helping me or not making me feel stupid becuz it's been so long since I had to go to a landuary Matt and i really didn't no what I was doing but they really made me feel welcome the place was really clean they took really good care of the bathrooms it wasn't all dirty an stuff and they have plenty washers and dryers there and games and tv to play and watch while you was your close. They also have snack an drink machines and a dispensary where you can get a variety of soap powders an bleach and fabric sheets. They also have plenty of change machines too. I felt really comfortable there there customer service was awesome.

Extremely clean for a laundromat. Staff polite and will do their absolute best to assist each and every customer. Above and beyond what a clothes washing experience typically is. Open early, they stay late. All sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs. Try and you will go back to this Old Louisville landmark!

The price of getting to do your laundry goes up this place is Affordable with great customer service and their washers and dryers actually work very good.
