We ordered some drinks, Mini Pretzel Hot Dogs, and Mini Cinnamon Pretzel. They all pretty good, and are sharable amongst your friends, if you so wish. They come in a cup, allowing for easy transportation. The service was nice and patience with our indecision. They do not have much on the menu, but all the items on it were so tempting. If you are looking for some savory casual snacks, this is the place to go. The only negative thing I can think of was the lack of space in the store. There were not much room to stand, waiting for order. The place can take in about 5 customers in the front before it starts feeling cramps. Overall, I enjoyed it, and would come back in the future.
My company placed a decent-sized catering order at the Outlet Mall location. The workers had the order ready on time even 10 minutes before pick-up time which was great since I got there a bit early, and 2 of the workers even helped me carry the boxes out to my car. All the employees had a great, friendly attitude. The food was delicious and exactly what we ordered. Definitely a great catering choice for your event or business!
Bad customer service is new 1. And I will not refer anybody to this Establishment…. Choose workers carefully and not by races. This so sad to me too experience this service at a place I love to eat.Atmosphere: 5/5
Went to store and they had two pretzels left and there was 2 lines. Told the person that I wanted the two pretzels and the were rang up. By the time the person went to get them they were gone. Can’t believe that you evidently have to pay even before they pull the items off the shelf. My last visit here. Been messed up every time I come here
The flavor is amazing but the cashier service is the only problem l found that’s happened a few minutes ago
The bottom of my pretzel was burned so badly that I had to remove it, so it wouldn't taste like I was eating charcoal.
Super small. Always out of stuff but not always fresh. Ran by young kids who don't take it seriously. They made the snowball pretzels incorrectly. It should be taken and dumped in the mixer, layered with butter and then tossed with powder sugar Delicious btw but the person up front who made them did not do that and the pretzel bites were cold.
Who doesn’t love Auntie Anne’s Food: 5/5
Auntie Anne's Pretzels has been around for a long time. But then again, when they cook and sell great tasting pretzels it's no wonder they are still around. I can't recall ever getting a bad order from Auntie Annes. Keep up the good work Worth the price paid? Depending on what you order, Yes.
I have been there 3x in the past month and each time they do not have just regular salted pretzels, they only have the sweet variety, and the people coming behind me on 2 occasions I guess we're coming in for the same thing because they also just turned and walked out, if the regular pretzel is wanted then make a few more, the staff is okay, they don't really greet you or acknowledge you
