Story

It all started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Anne and Jonas tried different combinations of ingredients to make their pretzels until they found the one recipe that was better than the best, and the pretzel was perfected.
Auntie Anne's now has more than 1,200 locations in 44 states and 23 countries. Our pretzel line-up includes Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Almond, Garlic, Sour Cream & Onion, and Pepperoni. Pretzel Stix and Nuggets are a portable option for pretzel lovers on the go. We also serve fresh, hot Pretzel Dogs, Auntie Anne’s signature lemonade, and dips to compliment your favorite pretzel flavor.
Every year, we roll more than 97 million pretzels; that’s Pretzel Perfect!

There were five employees standing around and at least another in the back. My friend and I ordered pretzel bites and a lemonade. The cashier asked if we wanted cheese. Yes. We get the order and there's no cheese. He asks for the cheese and they charge him for it. The lemonade isn't full and missing over an inch of liquid from the top. I ask about it and he asks about refills. They say they refill but there's another charge. The pretzel bites were burnt. All around, awful. The only saving grace was some cute birds we got to feed by the tables.

They had slow service, and they aren't consistent with there recipe so I'd prefer to go to Salisbury mall or Rehoboth Auntie Anne's

While I love Auntie Anne's pretzels and while this location does a great job, I wish they had a larger area for when lines start to form. They can wrap outside the door and around the corner. This isn't good for business on those hour days, raining days, cold days and/or snowy days.

Charged me for a water. Forgot to mention they had no complimentary cups.
