We had a generally excellent experience with Auric. They started by explaining the system benefits and operations in detail, handled all the financing, installation, etc. They then did a final walk-through and showed us the web interface. It was as close to a turn-key solution as one could expect. Well managed company. We did play a little email tag rearranging the panel layouts, but they worked it out to our full satisfaction.

Got a quote for a system from these guys and was told that the cost for the system would be about the same I was paying for my power bill so they would offset each other.  So I went ahead and ordered the system and was not happy when I was still getting some higher power bills. Well when the 18 months interest free was up to receive my rebate from the government and was time to get the financing figured out  the system was going to be almost double what I was quoted plus still having some power bills.  Have tried contacting multiple times and they keep saying they will see what they can work out and call me back and it is always me calling back for updates.  Love being more green but the lack of communication and follow through would not recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees.  I bought a home with a previously installed solar system and they treated my just like I was the original customer even though I did not make the initial purchase.  Everything was easily changed over to my name and the warranty they offer is great!!!  The staff was courteous and informative and they made sure I was knowledgable about everything to do with my system.

We just got everything up and going......definitely a LONG process. Almost 6 months to the day of signing. But I have to say that everyone we have talked to has been so helpful and responsive. That is one of the major reasons we went with Auric........we knew they would make it right and had the expertise to do so. Now let's see my power bill almost disappear! :)

Auric is very professional and zero pressure. They really want you to be in a better position because of having solar panels. 
The panels themselves look amazing. The install of the panels went amazing and could not look any better. I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend using them.
