This place is an absolute must! Although it may be small in size, it's huge in history. I love coming at least once a month to learn more and more about aurora. For a history buff, there's never not something new to learn if you haven't lived there before!

This small museum is tucked between the police headquarters and city hall on the Aurora civic center campus. The most interesting exhibit is a meticulously restored trolley car which is housed in a new wing of the museum. There is also a general exhibit about the history of Aurora, a small rotating exhibit featuring residents' collections, a little museum store, and occasional art exhibits.

There is also a restored trolley trailer..
