The thing that captured me first was the welcoming and warm feeling of the staff. They were so helpful in suggesting which meal to buy and so ready to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at Aussie Grill. My partner and I have been counting down the days until this location opened and we were not disappointed. The milkshake was nice and thick, the Sweet Siracha chicken sandwich was very juicy and flavorful. We were even given a free grilled chicken sandwich. 10/10 would dine here again.
Ordered the Chef Efs grilled chicken. You get 2 sides I got the side salad & fries. It was good but not great. I recommend if you drive a big truck use the outer drive thru lane. The other is very tight & you will hit curb or cone. I wasn't provided any silverware or condiments ketchup. My 1st attempt here was not as good as anticipated but they just opened. Not sure if that's good or bad. Also they have a tip jar in front of the window for voting whether you like fries or onion rings. Not sure how that works & I would've tipped had my experience been better. Also my printed ticket on my bag was not my ticket so I'm sure there's still some confusion going on. Will give them another shot at some point. Food was warm but not hot since I had to drive all the way home to eat.

Very very slow. Online said “5 min” and when I got there, after my 5 min drive it took 20 Min for my food. Disorganized doesn’t even begin to explain it. This was my second try and I wanted to have a good experience but just didn’t enjoy watching some employees doing virtually nothing, a few employees working frantically and another one rub her face several times then handle food. My cheese fries were inedible.
I was hoping this would be like the Aussie grill in International mall. The chicken was very thin and there was only one piece mall location has 2. It tasted fine, but too expensive for a very very thin and small piece of chicken.Food: 3/5
First time visiting, I had sliders brisket and chicken sandwiches with a side salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. The chicken could have been a better quality piece of chicken, it was mostly breaded. Brisket delicious, side salad good & fresh. I prefer more nourishing lettuce like romaine, spinach mix with iceberg, but that's me. Staff was the greatest. Very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely return.
Ordered a medium rare steak and got dry and burned steak. The Mac and cheese was flavorless. The only decent item I got was a strawberry milkshake.
We figured we would try it - we've been by it a couple times since they've opened and the menu seemed like it was good. We went in, my son and wife ordered the sliders and I got the tenders. Their sliders came out almost raw and we asked them to cook them longer and got a bit of an attitude. They did end up taking them back - they proceeded to put the ones that were not touched in a box on the warmer and then cooked new ones. Even after cooking more thoroughly, they didn't taste right so we demanded our money back and left. We won't be coming back.
The manager Michael is extremely nice. He took over the cash register for a new employee who was having a little trouble. Not only did he get me helped quickly he also did some sweet on the spot training. PS. The food is pretty awesome too!!!
We absolutely enjoyed the evening. The grand pre-opening for those that never experienced the Aussie Grill will bring you back! Great location, food and service was awesome! I’ve been to 3 other locations ……and I’ll be back again to the Carrollwood location closest to my home!Thank you for a great experience!
