Although I'm not moving here I wanted to still rate them. I toured these apartments in July before they had any completed. I was surprised that they hadn't opened yet but wanted to see the finished apartments in hopes of an opening. They are amazing! The amenities are crazy and unmatched. The manager Genene is really nice and showed the apartments on short notice.

This place is just absolutely amazing and the open floor plans are awesome I like the kitchen and just the feeling you get when you walk through to see it makes it feel like home. The management staff is awesome very helpful and kind and professional. Highly recommend you Check it out

We originally signed a lease with Austin Park for late September. There have been numerous construction delays, but we couldn’t be more impressed with how the management company has taken care of us during the delay. They’ve exceeded our expectations in making sure we have everything we need until our move in date is set. We’ve gone on a few walkthroughs to see the progress and know they are consistently working hard every day to get the apartments ready. They’ve communicated with us every step of the way and we believe this will continue to hold true once we move in.

Completely disappointed in this place. I had a lease signed since April. After **7 months** of my move in date being pushed back, I finally pulled out. DO NOT trust the owners of this place, they blame the contractors on the apartment not being finished after an estimate move in date of March. Now the move in date is NOVEMBER 1ST. Absolutely appalling that you would attempt to fill a complex and make promises you cannot keep. I kept my name anonymous due to not wanting any retaliation, as they do have all of my information on file. Quit lying to people who are about to move into your complex, you are screwing up LIVES. We are not just fillers in your building.

Had planned on moving here when I came to Ohio in November 2016. Originally they told me they'd be opening in March 2017, then I was later assured that July 23rd was their hard open date that I could count on and that I should definitely sign a lease to lock in the "Pre Lease Price" but wouldn't tell me what the actual normal rental price would be. July 23rd came and went, and as of today October 7th they still haven't even finished a single building, and yet the management was calling and emailing me pestering me trying to get me to sign a lease until I finally told them that I will not lease from a company that can't even honestly tell me when I'll be able to move in, let alone tell me what the regular rent will be. There's no point moving in somewhere towards the top of your budget that's going to raise rent by $200-$300 your second year because it's no longer the "Pre Lease Price". Plus convincing people to sign leases on un-livable apartments is an extremely scummy thing to do.
