I'm considered to be one of the top personal trainers in Austin. I am a devotee of Austin Sports Therapy, and I encourage all my clients to be the same. I had bad knees at some point, had two babies within a year which wrecked my back, and am now completely fit and healthy - and pain free. Actually the fittest I have ever been at almost 40; more fit than when I started with these guys at 28. I don't worry about the occasional strain as I know these guys will fix it. Most of the professional athletes I know in town choose Austin Sports Therapy. Whatever the injury or limitation is these guys are th answer. Trust their process. And they're really nice! And their front desk staff is awesome!

Hands down the best group of Chiropractors and ART providers. (I have tried two other outside providers and one was ok and the other didn't know what was what!) This is my go to place for both acute and old pain and sports injuries. I refer my patients to this group regularly because they are good diagnosticians (even picking up on findings that an orthopedist missed), can treat not just back and neck but also joints and extremities and the improvement is fast!

Austin Sports Therapy has been super helpful with my recovery around fights (Muay Thai and MMA)! I usually have something nagging me, and they are able to address the problem areas and help relieve the pain with a few sessions.

Awesome place to recover and be back running. I recently went again for achilles issue I had during my Boston marathon training. I saw Dr. Jill Thomson and after about 6 weeks of no running and active recovery with her, I was back running again. Given that I had an achilles injury 10 weeks before Boston, I manage to train for a few weeks before and finish in an "ok" time of 3:34. Was not an easy race but even after the race, I'm able to run and back 100% to train again. The practice is very good, they spend the right amount of 1:1 time with you and let you do the exercises on your own later. They also don't ask you to come all the time, but only if there are signs of non-recovery.

Kyler and Jordan are very experienced with injuries and are amazing chiropractors. They have both helped me with several overuse injuries: wrist, neck and shoulder. My job is very active and I would not be able to keep up with the physical demands without them!
