My mother is a fall risk so she is not allowed to try to get to bathroom on her own.  Unfortunately at Meridian Arms this means she has to sit in her own urine until they decide to take her to the bathroom.  She is considered difficult because she suffers from a "active bladder" and therefore has to go to the bathroom more often then they think is necessary.

Staff remembers my name. They're never too busy to talk to you, and give you updates. They love my mom, and all the other residents. Lots of smiles make me feel better about a difficult situation..
