I don't know what happened to the maintenance side of the place use to be the go to spot. But now it seems low on the totem pole. People use to be happy working there and know exactly what they're doing. But now in doesn't seem like it. But I still go once in a while just to see if it's gone good again...

First time here.  Very satisfied.  Great customer service.  I used to go red carpet which is terrible. so glad I found Autowash.

I am not one to leave a bad review.. I don't like to effect peoples livelihood.. Or just all in all be a grouchy person.. However I will tell u my experience today with the district manager was unacceptable. 

I have been going to get my oil changed for a year from this place for my 01 vw beetle. I have owned this car for a little under 2 years. Previous oil changes from dealership.. One from a grease monkey.. And then I came here. I am a 24year old female with little to no car experience. My car is used and came with no owners manual. 

I came to auta lube with a referral. On my first visit, I told them I had never been and that all I knew is my vehicle took 5w30,didn't specify conventional nor synthetic as I did not know which one. I was informed that I could get valvoline or their house brand of oil which was cheaper. I went with their recommendations and continued to get 5w30 conventional oil for a year. Sometimes getting a high mileage additive.. Bottom line.. Always CONVENTIONAL OIL PER THEIR RECOMMENDATION.

I go in Monday Nov 6th for my normal oil change. Tell them to do the usual. The mechanic goes back and then proceeds to tell me I should be getting a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change.. Since thats what my engine needs and thats what I should of been getting thr whole time. This is the first time I have ever been told this information! So I get the oil change. My car runs better with synthetic then it ever has.

After doing research and calling a Volkswagen dealership mechanic.. I am told that putting conventional oil in my engine would cause considerable damage to my engine.

I call auta lube and explain that I have been getting oils changes per THEIR recommendations for a year and over the course of a year, my engine blows smoke.. Rough idles and loses power. The district manager proceeds to tell me its MY FAULT and that he will not be held responsible for inaccurate recommendations.

He doesn't ask how he can make this right with me... Nor does he offer one ounce of sympathy for wrongful services received from this company. DO NOT GO HERE. AFTER 1 YEAR OF FAITHFUL SERVICES, AND TRUSTING THEM WITH THEIR EXPEREINCE AND ADVICE, I WAS TREATED AS A CUSTOMER WHOS EXPEREINCES WERE NOR VALUED.
 
A few years prior.. They seized and engine of a woman named Kelly who left a review.. Funny thing is.. They told her it was NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY EITHER.

They were very nice when we paid. The clerk even gave me a free scent (because it wasn't included in the wash we bought, even though I've never seen it not be). She was also nice enough to let me try new mats inside my car to make sure they fit before I bought them. But when we came out to get the car the outside hadn't been cleaned, they hadn't even cleaned the interior (wiped it down) and I've never seen a full service car wash that doesn't. I asked them to revacuum, as they didn't do a very good job, so they took it back again but only vacuumed the trunk (that wasn't done in the first place) and refused to re-run it through the wash as the outside wasn't very clean, bugs all over the front that they didn't feel the need to clean off. Someone just half assed wiped down the front. They didn't even pull out the mats to vacuum the floor. Total waste of time and money and will not go back. Also, it only took like 10 minutes when other places take 30+, so that tells you how little they did.

Paid to get a detail and they never vacuumed the back seat. Front desk, name was Ima I believe has the customer service skills of a toddler. Come here  at your own risk
