I recently had an appointment with Mark Auten, an attorney with Auten & Willingham, P.C.  I wanted him to take a look at my will to see if it was complete and valid.  I had been burdened by this for some time since it was a will that my husband and I did online and I really wasn’t sure if we had our bases covered when we pass away.  Mark was extremely kind and compassionate as he asked about each member of my family.  Looking for ways to make connections and seek understanding.  I could tell that he wasn’t just checking off the boxes to get through the process, but showed a genuine interest and offered ideas to help with various family challenges unrelated to our will.  

As he looked carefully over our existing will, Mark took his time to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and I had peace of mind as I left his office with a plan of what to do next. I would highly recommend Mark Auten to help you with your estate planning, wills, probate, among many other areas.

As an attorney, I refer Mark Auten probate cases because of his experience. He has filed over a hundred probate cases and focuses mostly of his practice to probate and estate planning. On one particular case, I work with Mark on a multi-million dollar probate case which had over six attorneys working for difference heirs. Mark took over the case and was able to get everyone to work on settling the case. If you are looking for a good probate or estate planning attorney, give Mark and his office a shot.
