They do a good job. Hand drying. Reasonable prices.  $12 / value wash or $40 /month unlimited value washes.

This place lives up to their name because the people working there are legit PROFESSIONALS. You won't find mechanics trying to rip you off on everything here (as a woman, this is pretty common for me until they realize I'm an engineer and can smell BS). Jamie and his crew in the repair shop go above and beyond to properly diagnose an issue and explain everything to you so you know why the work is being done with accurate price estimates. I get all my service done here, I will never go back to a dealership. Not to mention free wash whenever they work on my ride!

spent $40 on a wash and vacuum. Car is still dirty. In addition, I requested not to use hand brushes when washing the car and sure enough they used brushes, had to scream at them to stop.  Not worth the $$ go somewhere else.

I went for the top package, with vacuuming and window washing and even added interior wipe down and washing my floor mats. They vacuumed the floor ok and the mats were washed well. When I started to pull out of the lot, I noticed that there was still bird poop on my windshield and there was a spot of something on the inside of the windshield. I called someone's attention to it and they fixed it right away. As I drove away, I noticed my stereo was still covered in dust, as well as several spots on my dashboard. As I left work several hours later, I also noticed that half of my windshield wasn't even washed and the part that was still had several streaks that hadn't even been wiped. It was as if they half-heartedly swiped the windshield. As I looked at my seats I noticed they didn't even get vacuumed. Very disappointed in the money I spent and what I left with. I won't be returning there

My rating is for the car wash only. Car came out reasonably clean, entering it requires a P.h.D to navigate the side lot to it. Then, you pay after your car is washed? And you have to get out of your car to do so. Not fun when its 16 degrees out. In this day and age most car washes let you hand your card over to an attendant or better yet are automated. Then someone cut me in line while inside. Ugh. Too frustrated to ever go back here.

Overall this wash isn't bad if you don't mind all the inconveniences it has to offer.
