Real nice, down to earth professional individuals. Went out of there way to put me in a new car. Thanks Darren!

Don't purchase a car here. Travis is very unresponsive. Even the people they referred me too were no good. The car is decent but still have minor work to be done but the customer service here is terrible to the extreme. They respond real quickly when your buying a car after that you'll be lucky to get a text. Don't go here unless this is the last option!!!

Had a great experience with this company the first time I purchased my car from here 5 months later I was hit and my car was totaled out. These guys were very quick with helping me get into a new car not even a week later from my accident I was riding again. They are a pleasure to work with not to mention helping my other two family members get new cars too. Thank you very much Auto Choice Brokers!!!!!

**Beware of friends of the company owners giving fraud "good" reviews** If I could give Auto Choice Brokers a 0, I would. I recently drove five hours from West Virginia to Charlotte to purchase a vehicle from Auto Choice Brokers. The description said that the vehicle was clean inside and out and only had a few "minor scratches" on the exterior. The engine was described as "functioning properly" with "no issues." Halfway to Charlotte I recived a text fromt the owner letting know that the alternator had gone out but they were having it fixed. No problem. We kept driving and my wife and I went to the dealership. The owner said he would be 15 more min. That turned into 40 min. That should have been a big red flag. Finally the owner arrived with the vehicle. The interior was great...just as advertised. The exterior was not as described. It had way more than a few minor scratches. It had severl significant dents and had been hit on the back fender. That said, for the price and for a vehicle with 100K+ miles it was in decent shape. I test drove the vehicle and everything seemed fine. We went back to the dealership, negotiated what I thought was a good price and we gave them cash for the car with the assurance that the title would be mailed the following week. The next morning we got up and headed out to go home. About halfway back home after driving 3 hours the "traction control...service stabilitrack" message came on. Later that day, upon arriving home I thought I smelled oil. At this point, I should have turned around and went right back and took the car back to him. Instead I made an appointment with a friend who has a autoshop to look it over and inspect it. The next day I got in it and the air conditioning was only half working. Half of the vents were blowing hot air instead of cold. On Tuesday of the following week the mechanic found two leaking valve gaskets, a broken pcv valve and replaced one of the AC actuators. That seemed to fix everything but over the next three weeks we replaced ALL of the actuators and spent over $1000. Yes...we should have taken it back to Auto Choice and demanded our money back. We were deceived on a big way and bought the car "as is." All of this time I was texting the owner letting him know of the money I was spending and giving him a chance to make it right. I hoped that he would have enough character to fix things. He did not. In fact, he only replied when I told him I was considering legal action. Even then he did not apologize or offer to make things right. Then, the icing on the cake, I had not received the title just two days before the temporary tags were to expire. I texted them & got several terrible excuses for why it wasn't sent earlier. Eventually I received it after not being able to drive the vehicle for three days with expired tags. I did consider legal action. Auto Choice lied and misled my wife and I on this vehicle. I believe the owner went to great lengths to cover the issues with the AC and the valve gaskets though I can't prove that. Very shady. In the end, the AC never did work properly and we could see the vehicle was going to cost us more and more. Legal action would have taken months and I have a young family and a busy career.. We decided to learn our lesson and trade it in. The only thing I can do now is try to steer people away from Auto Choice Brokers in Charlotte. They are as dishonest as anybody I've met and they do not have any interest in doing honest business. DO NOT buy from these folks. There is a good chance you'll regret it.

One of the best experiences I've had buying a car. They are a very small company and I loved the personal, one on one attention I received from both dealers. They work hard for you and do everything they can to get you in and out, happy and with a great used car.
